SetPoints runs volleyball clubs’ tournaments, programs, play nights and payments. This page says what it keeps, why, and how to have it removed. See also the Terms of use.

What we keep

We don’t sell data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics cookies.

Live video and YouTube

When an organizer asks for live streaming and it is approved, games are streamed to the SetPoints YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services. SetPoints uses access to its own channel only, to create, start and end each game’s video. It does not read or store anything from viewers’ Google or YouTube accounts. Videos show team names and the score, and may show people playing.

By watching, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. SetPoints’ use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The channel’s access can be removed at any time from Google account permissions.

Who we share with

Only the services that run SetPoints: hosting (Render), the database (Neon), email (Resend), card payments (Stripe) and, for streamed events, YouTube. Each uses the data only to provide its service. The club you belong to sees what it needs to run its programs.

How long we keep it

Payment and refund records are kept for 7 years, as clubs’ books need. Play night games go after 48 hours, cancelled clinics and practices after 7 days, and old clinics drop off the lists after 90 days. Everything else stays until you, the club or SetPoints removes it.

Removing your data

Ask the club or event’s organizer, or email support@setpoints.stream, and we’ll correct or delete it (payment records excepted, as above). Removing a video from YouTube can be asked for the same way.
