Fees and refunds

For families

• You pay the club for its program. The club sells it and decides refunds under its own refund policy, shown before you pay.
• On a refund you get back the program price and any processing fee. The SetPoints platform fee is not refundable, unless the club cancels: then everything comes back.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually in 5 to 10 business days. Contact the club about refunds.
